Trevor did a good walkthrough and tweaked a few things under the house to make sure I was completely satisfied. I would recommend this company to any homeowner that wants to make the structure under the house more secure and your floors level. I feel that I made a good investment for my 1930’s home.

We had "bouncy" floors in our living room, and called DryPro to see what the issue was in our crawlspace. We had a number of rotten joists and girders underneath the house. Mike helped us come up with a short term and long term plan to remediate the problem, which worked within our budget. Once the work started, Brenndan, our foreman, was awesome! He kept us completely informed and ended up finishing the job early. Outer floors are now solid as a rock! No longer bouncy at all! Our experience with DryPro was exceptional!

Dry Pro's service has been excellent. We were kept well informed of when the work would be completed, and everything went as promised. Spencer and Ethan were on time, professional and knowledgeable. They quickly completed the job (lifting a section of our sidewalk) and left the job site looking better than when they arrived. Would absolutely use Dry Pro again.

What an incredible team! I had a foundation issue resulting in a developing crack. The Dry Pro crew, Blake (foreman), Jacob and Kyriee did an extraordinary job. I was anxious about the repair and the landscaping. It was necessary to dig up and replant some shrubs (I recently had the property re landscaped). When they were done everything was perfect. You couldn’t tell they had been there. Because I was anxious, I asked a lot of questions and they took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything to me in detail. A very satisfied customer!

The technicians from DryPro Charlotte, Jonathan, Marco, and Josiah, did an excellent job with the installation of drain lune, sump pump, dehumidifier, and complete insulation in the crawlspace of my house. They were knowledgeable and explained how the system works. I would recommend both DryPro and these technicians to anyone seeking crawlspace waterproofing. An excellent experience starting with Cody. He was thorough in his inspection, provided a ton of pictures to go along with his findings, and offered options suitable for my budget. He went above and beyond, to explain that the products were safe for children. The team, Oscar P, Paulino L., and Bryant V., were amazing. It was the coldest week of the year, and the last couple of days it rained. But they did not let it deter them and completed the work on time. The end result looks great. After they were finished, they took the time to walk me through everything they had done, showed me the pictures they took throughout the process, and asked if I had any questions now or later to reach out to them. I received a phone call every morning of what they were setting out to accomplish, and every evening of what they actually accomplished. You will not be disappointed with Dry-Pro. I highly recommend.

Charlotte had an extreme about of rain a few weeks ago. Our sump alarmed around 4am. We could not get it to reset. We made a service call for them to assist as soon as possible the next morning cause we were afraid water would get into our encapsulated crawl space. Service was scheduled 3pm that day and our service guy Brandon arrived a bit early and diagnosed the problem and called for assistance. Brandon and Mark stayed correctly completed.
